If you engage our CRM/automation service, we may process your customers' contact information on your behalf as part of delivering that service.

We use collected information to: provide and improve our CRM automation and video production services; communicate with you about your account, billing, and support; send marketing and SMS/MMS messages if you've opted in (see Terms & Conditions); and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes, consistent with mobile carrier guidelines.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. GoHighLevel, payment processors, hosting providers), and as required by law.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
