No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes, consistent with mobile carrier guidelines. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

SMS opt-in is collected through the consent checkbox on our contact form at https://vamediafx.com/contact. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. GoHighLevel, payment processors, hosting providers), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party for marketing purposes.
